Galchenyuk is out indefinitely with a lower-body injury.

Galchenyuk was hurt during Sunday’s shootout win in Los Angeles, but traveled to St. Louis with the team. After undergoing some testing in St. Louis, Galchenyuk will return to Montreal to undergo further testing. Expect a more definitive timetable to be revealed later this week. In the meantime, Andrew Shaw will likely shift to centre for Tuesday’s game.

Galchenyuk came into Tuesday as questionable, but he will be in the lineup tonight vs. the Stars. Galchenyuk comes in on a hot streak, picking up seven goals in his last six games. Look for Galchenyuk to centre the top line with Max Pacioretty and Sven Andrighetto on his wings.

Lindbohm will make his season debut alongside Kevin Shattenkirk.

Lindbohm had seven points (2G / 5A) in 20 games with Chicago (AHL) prior to his call-up. Lindbohm has two goals and one assist in 23 games with the Blues last season. He will skate with Shattenkirk tonight, replacing Joel Edmundsson, who was sent down when Lindbohm was called up.

The Blues have recalled Petteri Lindbohm from Chicago (AHL).

Lindbohm, 21, has dressed 41 games for the Wolves this season, recording 17 points (6G / 11A) to go along with 56 penalty minutes. In addition, the 6-foot-5, 202-pound defenseman has appeared in nine games for the Blues, collecting one assist and six penalty minutes.

Lindbohm was sent down on Monday, mostly because the Blues were expecting to have Jay Bouwmeester back last night vs. Chicago. With Bouwmeester out, another defenseman may have suffered an injury last night and Lindbohm could be in tonight vs. the Predators.

Lindbohm, 21, made his NHL debut on Sunday. He played 14:05 and recorded four shots, two hits and a minus-1 rating while the Blues were shutout. With Lindbohm going back to Chicago, expect Jordan Leopold be back in the lineup on Thursday.

Galchenyuk (lower-body) will play in game 2 vs. the Rangers.

Galchenyuk will be playing in his first game since April 9th. He will skate on the Habs second line with Tomas Plekanec and Thomas Vanek. Michael Bournival will take a seat with Galchenyuk back in. He had one goals and two assists in five playoff games in 2012-13.

Galchenyuk has not played since April 9th because of a lower-body injury that he suffered that night vs. the Blackhawks. Galchenyuk recorded 13 goals and 18 assists (31 points) with a minus-12 rating in 65 games this season. If he returns to the lineup tonight, Micheal Bournival is expected to be scratched.
