Pietrangelo (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Wednesday.

Pietrangelo was a full participant in Wednesday's morning skate and head coach Pete DeBoer said that it looks like he'll be available from a health perspective but they aren't sure if the LTIR paperwork will be complete in time. With some uncertainties, consider him a game-time decision.

Pietrangelo (illness) is expected to return to the Blues lineup on Sunday.

Pietrangelo missed Friday's game with an illness but was on the ice for the morning skate and is expected to play in Minnesota. Pietrangelo will skate on the top-pair with Carl Gunnarsson and will re-join the top power-play unit as well.

The Blues have placed Alex Pietrangelo (hand) on IR.

Pietrangelo miss Saturday’s game in Arizona after suffering a hand injury in Colorado on Friday. It sounds like Pietrangelo will need surgery, so he could be sidelined long-term. The Blues plan to re-evaluate him around Christmas. With Pietrangelo on IR, Colton Parayko will likely take on an expanded role and Chris Butler was recalled from San Antonio (AHL).

The Blues have placed Alex Pietrangelo (lower-body) on IR.

The Blues moved Pietrangelo to IR but did not announce how long he is expected to be out. The move to IR means that he will have to miss at least the next two games, but is eligible to play Saturday vs. the Jets. The Blues used his roster spot to call up Jordan Schmaltz.

Pietrangelo (knee) returns to the Blues lineup on Sunday.

Pietrangelo missed nine games with a knee injury but will be back in the lineup tonight in Carolina. The Blues played well without Pietrbngelo, but they come in having lost three in a row. Pietrbngelo has three goals and 20 assists (23 points) in 55 games this season and his return means Robert Bortuzzo will be a healthy scratch.
