Stolarz, 21, has gone 7-11-3 with a 3.17 GAA and .908 SV% with Lehigh Valley this season. He is unlikely to get into a game as he expected to serve as Rob Zepp’s backup for at least the next two games.
Stolarz did not get into a game during his recall and with Rob Zepp now healthy, Stolarz will swap places with him and head back to Lehigh Valley. The 21-year-old is 7-10-1 with a 3.04 GAA and .911 SV% in the AHL.

He is likely not ready to play in the NHL, but with Steve Mason out at the NHL level and Rob Zepp out at the AHL level, the Flyers did not have a choice. He will back-up Ray Emery on Tuesday.
