Khudobin draws a tough task as the starter behind a fatigued team in San Jose. He stopped 33 of 36 shots in a 4-3 win in his first start against the Sharks this season.

Khudobin allowed three goals on 33 shots in the Stars wi in Calgary last Wednesday. Despite a great outing from Ben Bishop on Saturday, the Stars will be cautious with their No.1 netminder in his return from an injury. Khudobin went 4-4-2 with a 2.83 GAA and .914 SV% in 10 appearances in November.

Khudobin will start against the Flames on Wednesday.

Khudobin stopped 30 of 31 shots in the Stars 1-0 loss in Edmonton last night. Khudobin was great but it wasn’t enough to walk away with the win. With Ben Bishop still out, Khudobin will start for the second straight night but draws a tough matchup in Calgary. The Flames have won four of their last five and are eighth in the NHL in goals (3.38 GF/pg).

Khudobin allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Stars loss in Colorado on Saturday. With Ben Bishop still out, Khudobin will make his fourth consecutive start on Tuesday. His previous three outings have not gone well, as Khudobin has gone 1-2-0 with a 4.89 GAA and .859 SV%. With his recent struggles and a meeting with Connor McDavid, Khudobin is best to be left on the bench.

Khudobin allowed four goals on 33 shots in the Stars win over the Senators on Friday. With Ben Bishop still out, Khudobin will start his third straight game. He has struggled in the previous two, allowing a combined nine goals on 49 shots (.816 SV%). You add in a matchup vs. an Avalanche team that is first in goal-scoring (3.77 GF/pg) and you should leave Khudobin on the bench.

Khudobin stopped nine of 10 shots after replacing an injured Ben Bishop in the Stars loss in New York on Monday. With Bishop set to miss the next week, Khudobin should start the next three games, starting with tonight’s game in Los Angeles. The 32-year-old is 1-2-1 with a 2.08 GAA and .937 SV% in four games on the road this season.

Khudobin and Ben Bishop have rotated games in each of the last seven games, so Khudobin will go tonight after Bishop started on Saturday. Khudobin allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Stars loss in New Jersey on October 16th. Khudobin has gone 1-1-0 while allowing three goals in each of his first two starts of the season. Early-on he has an .898 SV%, making him a risky option against a Maple Leafs team that still has plenty of fire-power without Auston Matthews in the lineup.

Khudobin allowed three goals on 25 shots in the Stars win over the Ducks on Saturday. With Ben Bishop going last night in Ottawa, Khudobin will get his second start of the season tonight. The Devils have yet to lose this season and are averaging the second most goals per game (4.67) thus far.

Khudobin will make his first start with the Stars on Saturday.

Khudobin was 16-6-7 with a 2.56 GAA and .913 SV% in 29 starts and two relief appearances with the Bruins last season. This summer he signed on with the Stars, where he will serve as Ben Bishop’s backup. Khudobin has a career .915 SV% in 147 games, but could have a tough time getting the ‘W’ tonight as he goes head-to-head with John Gibson.

Khudobin will start Sunday afternoon in Philadelphia.

Khudobin allowed four goals on 32 shots in the Bruins shootout loss in Winnipeg on Tuesday. It has been a good year for the Bruins backup, but he comes into Sunday having lost four in a row (0-2-2) while allowing a combined 12 goals on 119 shots (.899 SV%). The matchup isn’t great but Khudobin has been good on the road—9-4-4 with a 2.39 GAA and .920 SV%.
