With five forwards in COVID-19 protocol the Sabres have recalled three forwards from Rochester, including Ruotsalainen. The 24-year-old forward has already played in 16 games with the Sabres this season, scoring two goals with two assists.

Ruotsalainen will be a healthy scratch on Sunday.
The Sabres have signed Arttu Ruotsalainen to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Ruotsalainen, 21 is a Finnish Forward who has played the last four years in the Finnish Ligga, the last two with Ilves Tampere. Ruotsalainen led the team in goals (21) and points (42) in 59 games.
