Ryan missed the Senators final game before their bye week with a hand injury, but was back on the ice for practice yesterday and is expected to play tonight. Ryan has one goal and three assists in his last six games and has totalled 17 points (5G / 12A) in 32 games this season.

Ryan has missed the last eight games with a broken finger but is expected to play Thursday vs. the Penguins after being activated from IR on Monday. Ryan is expected to return on a line with Matt Duchene and has registered six assists in eight games so far this season.
Ryan is expected to miss one month with a broken right index finger.
Ryan suffered a hand injury for the fifth consecutive season when he broke his right index finger while blocking a Ron Hainsey shot in the Senators’ win over the Maple Leafs on Saturday. Ryan broke the same finger twice last season and it looks like the latest break will cost him one month or roughly 10-to-12 games.
