The Canadiens have recalled Brett Lernout from Laval (AHL).
Lernout, 22, has just one goal and four assists (five points) in 30 games with Laval this season. He has never recorded a point in four career NHL games and has been recalled because both Shea Weber and David Schlemko were unable to make the road trip.
