Lowry left Sunday's game in Chicago with an upper-body injury that he suffered early on a hit from Drake Caggiula. With Lowry out, Andrew Copp will move back to centre and Jack Roslovic will be bumped back into the top-6.
Prout was back in the Sharks lineup on Thursday but suffered an upper-body injury and will be replaced by Mario Ferraro, who is back after missing three games with an undisclosed injury. There is no timetable for Prout's return.
