Soderblom has five goals, three assists, 30 SOG and eight PIMs through 20 games but will be a healthy scratch Friday as Detroit takes on Florida. Adam Erne will be replacing him in the lineup.

Soderblom heads back to the Red Wings for a second time this season after scoring two goals and getting six PIMs with a -5 plus/minus through 13 games to start his career. The towering, 6'8" forward had no points in his two games with Grand Rapids (AHL) prior to his callup.

Soderblom will miss his first game of the 2022-23 season due to an undisclosed injury as he is considered day-to-day. Through 13 games in his rookie season so far, the 6'8" forward has two goals and is a -5 plus/minus while averaging 12:58 ATOI.
