Wilson was one of the NHLs better stories this season after he was signed from Lehigh Valley (AHL) late in the season and will appear in his third game on Tuesday vs. Montreal. The veteran left-winger last appeared in the NHL with Pittsburgh in 2018-19 before this season and has five PIMs and a -1 plus/minus in his two appearances so far with the Flyers.

Wilson is averaging 9:05 time-on-ice and has five penalty minutes in two games this season, but will return to the sidelines as a healthy scratch on Tuesday. Luke Glendening is expected to re-enter the lineup as Wilson's replacement.

Wilson was a fourth-round pick of the Florida Panthers in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft that has spent most of his career in the AHL. The 34-year-old forward has 16 points (4G / 12A) and 99 penalty minutes in 51 games this season with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms (AHL).

Wilson split the 2019 between Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) and Pittsburgh (NHL). The 28-year-old had two goals and six assists (eight points) in 50 games with the Penguins—the first eight points of his NHL career (34 previous games with the Panthers). Wilson will start next year in the AHL.

Wilson had just two assists in 14 games with the Penguins earlier this season but has found success at the AHL-level, collecting eight goals and 10 assists in 18 games. Wilson has been called-up because Zach Aston-Reese went on IR on Wednesday.

Wilson picked up just two assists in 14 games with Pittsburgh during his call-up. His return to the AHL suggests that Dominik Simon could be back on Thursday. Wilson has 12 points (6G / 6A) in 12 AHL contests.

Wilson appeared in four games with the Penguins earlier this season and could draw into the lineup on Saturday with Patric Hornqvist getting hurt on Friday. The 27-year-old has 11 points (6G / 5A) in 12 AHL contests.

Wilson, 25, split his 2015-16 season between the AHL and NHL. Wilson, a former fourth round pick (107 overall in 2009), had no points in 29 games with the Panthers despite posting 20 points (7G / 13A) in 37 games with Portland (AHL). Look for him to start the 2016-17 season with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.

Wilson, 24, has registered 20 points (7G / 13A) in 37 games with Portland this season. He has not recorded a point in 11 career NHL games and could play No. 12 tonight with Aleksander Barkov out with an upper-body injury.

Wilson has served as a healthy scratch in four of the last five games, so he has been sent back to Portland and Logan Shaw has been called up.

Wilson, 24, has four assists in seven games with Portland this season. With his recall, the 24-year-old could be making his Panthers’ season debut on Wednesday. Wilson has no points in five career NHL games.

Wilson had four shots and minus-2 rating in two games during his recall. With Brandon Pirri returning to the lineup on Saturday, the Panthers had to return Wilson to the AHL.

Wilson, 23, has scored 18 goals and 11 assists (29 points) in 53 games with San Antonio. He has no points in three career NHL games, all of which came last season.
