The Coyotes have assigned Jean-Sebastien Dea to Tucson (AHL).

Dea played one game for the Coyotes after getting the call-up from Tucson (AHL) and collected one shot across 12 shifts and 7:41 TOI but has been reassigned back to the Roadrunners on Tuesday. He returns to Tuscon, where he had 19 goals, 18 assists, 30 PIMs, 99 SOG and a -14 plus/minus through 46 games.

Dea had 19 goals, 18 assists, 30 PIMs and a -14 plus/minus through 46 games with Tucson (AHL) but has been recalled Monday to Arizona. The 28-year-old had previously played in 33 NHL games across four seasons and three different teams, picking up five goals, two assists and 33 SOG.

The Sabres have recalled Jean-Sebastien Dea from Rochester (AHL).

With Kyle Okposo suffering an upper-body injury in Thursday's game, Dea returns to the NHL for the second time this season. Dea has spent most of the year in the AHL, where he has 30 points (13G / 17A) in 41 games. He has picked up seven points (5G / 2A) in 30 career NHL games with the Penguins, Devils and Sabres.

Dea currently leads Rochester in scoring with 13 points (7G / 6A) in 18 games. The 25-year-old will likely make his season debut on Monday with Evan Rodrigues getting hurt early in Sunday's contest. Dea has seven points (5G / 2A) in 29 career NHL games with the Penguins and Devils.

Dea, 25, has bounced around a bit this season, going from the Devils to the Penguins and now the Panthers. Overall, he has four goals and two assists in 23 NHL games and 22 points (6G / 16A) in 26 AHL games this year. Dea will likely head to the Springfield Thunderbirds of the AHL.

Dea broke into the NHL with the Penguins and spent four years in their organization with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL). The 24-year-old had just six games of NHL experience before this season but had five points (3G / 2A) in 20 games with the Devils before they waived him.
