Hossa missed Wednesday's game and sounds like he will miss their next game on Monday as well. This is a big loss for the Hawks, Hossa has 23 points in 28 games.

Hansen was suspended 1 game for the incident but Hossa will no miss any time as a result of the hit. He will be back in Chicago's lineup tonight when they play San Jose. Hossa has 8 G, 6 A and a +6 in 16 games this season.

Hossa was hit by Jannik Hansen's forearm in the back of the head in yesterday's game. He went down and needed to be helped off the ice. Hossa had a bad concussion after being hit by Raffi Torres last year so Blackhawks fans are holding their breathe right now. Monitor his status in the next few days as more details are released.

It's been announced that Hossa will miss Game 4 as a result of the hit.
