The Penguins have recalled Michael Chaput from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL).

Chaput and Valtteri Puustinen were recalled from the AHL to take Evgeni Malkin's (COVID-19) spot on the roster. Chaput, who has three goals and nine assists (12 points) in 25 AHL games this season, could make his Penguins debut on Tuesday.

The Coyotes signed Michael Chaput to a one-year contract extension.

Chaput spent most of the 2019-20 season in the AHL, picking up 16 goals with 13 assists (29 points) in 47 games. He had no points in two NHL appearances, bringing his career numbers to 22 points (6G / 16A) in 169 career games with the Coyotes, Canadiens, Canucks and Blue Jackets.

Chaput has been recalled from Tucson (AHL) and will make his season debut on Saturday.

With Carl Soderberg out with a lower-body injury, Chaput has been brought up from Tucson and will play in his 168th career NHL games. Chaput has nine goals and three assists (12 points) in 15 AHL games this season.

The Coyotes have acquired Michael Chaput from the Canadiens for Jordan Weal.

Chaput has split the season between the NHL and AHL. The 26-year-old has five assists in 32 games with the Canadiens and 16 points (10G / 6A) in 24 games with Laval. Chaput will likely serve on the Flyers fourth-line.

The Blackhawks have acquired Michael Chaput from the Canucks for Tanner Kero.

Chaput has split the last five seasons between the AHL and NHL with the Blue Jackets and Canucks organizations. He has posted strong numbers in the AHL, collecting 42 points (17G / 25A) in 55 games with Utica (AHL) last season. He is expected to be in Rockford (AHL) to start this upcoming season.

The Canucks have recalled Michael Chaput from Utica (AHL).

Chaput, 24, has been off to a great start in Utica, picking up two goals and 11 assists (13 points) in 10 games. With Jannik Hansen landing on IR, the Canucks have recalled Chaput, who could make his Canucks debut on Monday. The former third round pick has eight points (2G / 6A) in 58 career NHL games.

Sekac will draw into the Blackhawks lineup on Tuesday.

Sekac has been a healthy scratch in four of the last five games, but will replace the injured Artemi Panarin tonight vs. the Sharks. Sekac has no points in his first two games with the Blackhawks.

Sekac is expected to make his Blackhawks debut on Friday.

Sekac was acquired from Anaheim on Thursday and is expected to play on Friday. Sekac had one goal in one game with San Diego (AHL) and three points (1G / 2A) in 22 games with the Ducks this year. He is expected to start his Blackhawks’ career on the fourth line.

The Blackhawks have acquired Jiri Sekac from the Ducks for Ryan Garbutt.

Sekac, 23, had just one goal and two assists in 22 games with the Ducks this season. In 91 career NHL games, Sekac has registered 10 goals and 16 assists. Sekac could make his Blackhawks debut on Friday.
