Neuvirth (2.61 GAA/.911 SV%) has been a serviceable back-up this season, and should see a starter’s workload for the next five to six weeks while Brian Elliot nurses a core muscle injury. He draws a mediocre matchup tonight against the Blue Jackets.

He will look to build off of it tonight vs. New Jersey—he stopped 28 of 29 shots in a 3-1 win vs. the Devils in late-January.
