Juulsen was a healthy scratch for the Canucks first game of their back-to-back Monday but will draw back into their lineup Tuesday vs. New York. The 26-year-old will replace Ian Cole (maintenance) and has yet to score in 26 games in 2023-24, but has two assists, 12 PIMs and 11 SOG.

Juulsen has been a regular in the lineup for the Canucks since mid-November but will be a healthy scratch on Monday against the New York Rangers. In 28 games this season, Juulsen has two point (0G / 2A), 66 hits, and 45 blocks.

Ice-time will likely be harder to come by for Juulsen moving forward following Tuesday's addition of fellow blue-liner Mark Friedman from the Penguins. Juulsen failed to pick up a point through 12 games played with Vancouver in 2022-23 but had six PIMs and five SOG and has signed a two-year, two-way contract extension with the Canucks. The 26-year-old defenseman was Montreal's 2015 1st round pick (26th overall) and has 10 points (2G/8A) through 68 career NHL games played.

Juulsen failed to pick up a point in 12 games with Vancouver but had six PIMs and a +1 plus/minus and has been reassigned to Abbotsford (AHL) after clearing waivers Friday. The 26-year-old returns to the AHL just in time for the playoffs, as he had three goals, 20 points, 34 PIMs and a +9 plus/minus through 49 games prior to his call-up.


Rosen has been out of the Blues' lineup since March 9th but will draw back in Thursday as St. Louis takes on the Detroit Red Wings. The 29-year-old has seven goals, eight assists, 49 SOG, eight PIMs and a +14 plus/minus through 39 games this season.

Juulsen has three goals, 17 assists, 34 PIMs and a +9 plus/minus in 49 games with Abbotsford (AHL) but has been recalled for a second time to the Vancouver Canucks with the injury announcement to Ethan Bear (upper body). It will be Juulsen's second stint with the Canucks this season, having picked up a SOG and a -1 plus/minus through both games.


Rosen was a healthy scratch for the Blues' previous game but will draw back into the lineup as they take on Arizona Thursday. The 28-year-old has five goals, eight assists, 35 SOG and a +13 plus/minus through 30 games this season.

Rosen will be the odd man out of the Blues' lineup Tuesday as Torey Krug (lower body) returns vs. Buffalo. Rosen has five goals, eight assists, 35 SOG, six PIMs and a +13 plus/minus through 30 games this season prior to being a healthy scratch.


Rosen was a healthy scratch for the Blues previous outing in a 7-4 loss to Montreal. He draws back into St.Louis' lineup to replace Niko Mikkola and has zero points through two games so far in 2022-23.
