ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Saturday the club has assigned defenseman Cade Fairchild and forward Brett Sterling to the Blues’ American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.
Fairchild made his NHL debut recently but holds no fantasy hockey value as a depth defender.
