The loss snapped a brief two-game losing skid for Mrazek, who has played very well over the last month—he is 4-3-0 with a 2.47 GAA, .917 SV% and one shutout over his last seven. This afternoon he faces a Predators team that has won five of their last seven (5-0-2).

Mrazek was on the winning side of Sunday’s game in Ottawa despite allowing four goals on 31 shots. Mrazek has won two in a row while giving up a combined seven goals and comes into Thursday at 5-5-0 with a 2.64 GAA, .912 SV% and one shutout in his last 10 starts. He has been inconsistent and should be left on your bench during a brutal road matchup in Tampa Bay.
