Berra is expected to start Tuesday in New Jersey.

Berra allowed one goal on 13 shots after replacing Semyon Varalmov in Colorado’s loss to the Senators last Wednesday. Varlamov has started the last four games, including last night, so it looks like Berra will go tonight in New Jersey. Berra has been terrible lately, losing three in a row while posting a 5.60 GAA and .821 SV%. Tonight he faces a Devils squad that has dropped four of their last six.

Berra allowed four goals on 30 shots in Colorado’s loss in Pittsburgh on Thursday. Berra has allowed eight combined goals in back-to-back losses. Berra still holds a 2.08 GAA and .934 SV% in 10 games this season and draws a terrible matchup tonight in Washington. The Capitals are tied for sixth in the NHL in goals per game (2.94).

The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Berra, who looks to start his sixth straight game tonight in Pittsburgh. The Penguins have struggled to an 11-7-0 record through 18 games, but it is still a risky matchup for Berra.

Berra struggled in his first full season with the Avalanche, posting a 2.65 GAA and .918 SV%, but 2015-16 has be a rebirth for the 28-year-old. Berra currently leads the NHL in GAA (1.50) and SV% (.953). Tonight he will face a Maple Leafs team that has warmed up, but it is still a good matchup.

Berra allowed two goals on the 27 shots in Colorado’s win in Boston on Thursday. Berra has won back-to-back games and tonight will mark his fourth consecutive start. Overall, Berra has played very well this season posting a 3-3-0 record, 1.58 GAA and .948 SV%. He will be in tough vs. one of the NHL’s top teams in Montreal.

Berra stopped all 25 shots that he faced in the Avs’ shutout win over the Flyers on Tuesday. Colorado has found some newfound confidence in Berra after he has posted a spectacular 1.50 GAA and .952 SV% in six games this season. Semyon Varlamov is day-to-day with a groin injury so as long as Berra continues to play well, look for him to start for the foreseeable future.

Berra turned aside 31 of 33 shots, but it was not enough as the Avalanche fell short last Friday vs. the Rangers. Despite the loss, Colorado will go back to Berra tonight in Philadelphia. He comes in with a 1.85 GAA and .943 SV% and should make for a good start against a Flyers team that has lost six of seven while averaging just 1.71 goals per game.

Semyon Varlamov has started the last five games, but Colorado will go back to Berra tonight on the second night of a back-to-back. Berra comes into play with a strong 1.79 GAA and .944 SV% in four appearances. However, he should be avoided with the Rangers in town.

Berra allowed two goals on 40 shots in the Avalanche’s loss in Los Angeles on October 18th. The Avs started Semyon Varlamov in the last two games, but they will go back to Berra tonight in Florida. Berra has played very well this season, posting a 0.85 GAA and .975 SV% in three starts.

Berra stopped all 35 shots that he faced in Colorado’s shutout win over the Ducks on Friday. After such a strong performance, it is not surprising to see Patrick Roy going back to Berra tonight vs. the Kings. Berra will take on a Los Angeles team who has just four goals in four games this season.

Berra stopped all five shots that he faced after replacing Semyon Varlamov on Wednesday. Berra was 5-4-1 with a 2.65 GAA and .918 SV% in 19 games with the Avs’ last season. He is a decent backup, but the Avalanche have struggled defensively, allowing 14 goals in the first three games. The Ducks are looking to breakout offensively and it could happen tonight.

Tonight he will try to play spoiler against a Jets team who are battling for a playoff spot. Winnipeg has won three in a row while outscoring their opponents 8-4.

Berra allowed three goals on 28 shots in the Avs loss to the Sharks on Wednesday, but Patrick Roy will stick with him tonight in Anaheim. Berra has posted a 2.21 GAA and .930 SV% in his last two starts and one relief appearance. He will be in tough tonight against a Ducks team who have won their last four straight.

Berra made 33 saves on 34 shots in the Avs win over the Canucks on Saturday. Semyon Varlamov started the last two games, but Berra will start the next two with Varly going on Saturday. Berra comes in having stopped 59 of the last 61 shots (.967 SV%) that he has faced. Tonight he will take on a Sharks team who have lost five of their last eight.

Despite announcing that Semyon Varlamov would start both games of the Wednesday-Thursday back-to-back, when Varlamov was pulled on Wednesday it obviously prompted coach Patrick Roy to turn to Berra, who has seem extremely limited playing time this season. Berra stopped 33 of 34 shots in a 4-1 win. Apologies for the Varlamov confirm.

The Avalanche have recalled Reto Berra from Lake Erie (AHL).

Berra was with Lake Erie on a conditioning stint, where he went 3-1-1 with a 2.57 GAA and .914 SV% in five games. He will serve as Semyon Varlamov’s backup—he is 2-2-1 with a 3.57 GAA and .882 SV% with the Avalanche this season.

The Avalanche sent Reto Berra to Lake Erie (AHL) on a conditioning assignment.

Berra will switch spots with Calvin Pickard for the next two weeks. The conditioning stint means that Berra does not have to go through waivers, but is only allowed to stay with Lake Erie for a maximum of two weeks.

Berra was pulled after he allowed three goals on 10 shots in Saturday’s come-from-behind win over the Hurricanes. He has won once in his last four outings with a 3.95 GAA and .867 SV%, but draws a nice spot-start matchup vs. the Coyotes.

Berra allowed three goals on 23 shots in a 3-2 loss to the Capitals on Thursday. With Semyon Varlamov still out, Berra will get back-to-back starts for the second time in November. Tonight will mark Berra’s fourth start at the Pepsi Center, he has gone 1-1-1 with a 3.23 GAA and .897 SV% in his first three.
