Greig is back with the Senators and is skating on the second line with Alex DeBrincant and Claude Giroux in the Senators morning skate. The 20-year-old picked up one goal and three assists (four points) with Ottawa earlier in the season, spending most of the year in the AHL. He has 27 points (13G / 14A) in 35 games with Belleville.

Greig was returned to Belleville (AHL) for the NHL all-star break where he had 12 goals and 11 assists through 28 games but has been recalled Thursday now that Ottawa is returning to play. The 20-year-old left winger has two assists, and a +4 plus/minus through four games with Ottawa this season.

Greig was the No.28 overall pick in 2020 and is third on Belleville with 23 points (12G / 11A) in 28 AHL games. The Senators have scored just eight goals in their last five games, so they're calling Greig up for an offensive spark.
