Thomas is battling a lower-body injury, did not play on Tuesday, and will miss at least several more games after being placed on Injured Reserve. The 26-year-old Thomas is coming off a two-point performance (1G / 1A) and has 33 points (11G / 22A) in 42 games this season. Thomas has already missed five games this season and 12 in 2024-25, as injuries have become a recurring concern for the talented forward.

Thomas is battling a lower-body injury and his status for Tuesday's game against the Carolina Hurricanes is uncertain. The 26-year-old Thomas is coming off a two-point performance (1G / 1A) and has 33 points (11G / 22A) in 42 games this season.

Thomas has not played since suffering an upper-body injury on October 25th, but will return to the lineup on Monday against the Edmonton Oilers. The 26-year-old Thomas has six points (1G / 5A) in eight games this season. He is expected to return to a familiar spot on the team's top line with Pavel Buchnevich and Jimmy Snuggerud.


Thomas suffered an upper-body injury in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Detroit Red Wings, exiting the contest in the second period after only 12:21 time-on-ice. The 26-year-old Thomas managed two assists on Saturday before leaving, extending his point streak to the games (0G / 4A). He has six points (1G / 5A) in eight games this seaosn.


Thomas left the Blues' season finale vs. Utah, but was on the ice for Friday's practice and will play in Game 1. Thomas finished the season on a tear, recording 25 points (4G / 21A) during a 12-game point streak.



Only four weeks after suffering a fractured ankle, expected to keep him out of the lineup for 6-8 weeks, Thomas will return to action on Tuesday against the Minnesota Wild. At the morning skate on Monday, he was skating on the top line with Pavel Buchnevich and Jordan Kyrou. The 25-year-old Thomas had six points (1G/5A) in seven games before his injury.

Thomas was amid an excellent outing on Tuesday, recording two assists in his first 17 shifts before blocking a shot and exiting after recording 15:19 time-on-ice. The 25-year-old Thomas underwent x-rays after the game and, unfortunately, will likely be out of the lineup until at least December after being diagnosed with a fractured ankle. At practice on Wednesday morning, Brayden Schenn occupied Thomas' spot in the center position on the Blues' top line.

Thomas was on fire Tuesday with two assists through his first 17 shifts but was forced to leave the Blues' contest vs. Winnipeg after 15:19 TOI due to a lower-body return and did not return. St. Louis is expected to provide updates in the upcoming days before their next game Saturday vs. Montreal. If the 25-year-old is forced to miss any time, it will be a massive loss for the Blues as he was already up to six points (1G/5A) in his first seven games played.


Thomas has missed the Blues' previous three games due to an upper-body injury and will be a game-time decision Tuesday vs. Philadelphia. The 23-year-old has 17 goals, 46 assists, 101 SOG, 22 PIMs and a -6 plus/minus through 70 games played before his injury.

Thomas was on the ice briefly this morning but will not play Monday in Winnipeg. This is the second straight game that Thomas has missed, so look for Brayden Schenn to remain on the top line. Monitor Thomas' status coming out of the All Star break, the Blues don't play again until next Saturday.
