Fresh off of his two-year contract O'Reilly will make his season debut vs. Columbus. It looks like he will be playing on a line with Milan Hejduk and John Mitchell.

I can confirm the #flames have signed Ryan O'Reilly to an offer sheet.
The Avs have an opportunity to match the offer sheet and get O'Reilly in uniform this season. O'Reilly is more known for his two way game but did manage 55 points in 81 games last season. With the Avs deep down the middle again, we'll need to stay tuned to see how this shakes out. Given the Flames' weakness at center, O'Reilly could have more value if the Avs do not match.

As most of you know, Factor took a stick across the nose in last night’s 2-1 overtime victory over Calgary at the Pepsi Center.
Don't expect O'Reilly to miss any playing time. 'Factor' 17 goals and 53 points through 74 games.

Meanwhile, center Ryan O'Reilly and his four points in his past four games have led the way for the Avs.
O'Reilly, or Factor as he's been affectionately dubbed, is the team's best offensive player at this point in the season. However, his main value is as a depth center in deeper fantasy hockey leagues.

Avs said centers Ryan O’Reilly and Paul Stastny will be in the lineup tonight against the Cal-Gary Flames.
O'Reilly will play tonight following a maintenance day. He scored two goals and 10 points over his first 13 games this season.
O’Reilly must have some sort of injury or sickness bug, otherwise he would be out there.
O'Reilly has been excellent playing alongside Gabriel Landeskog and Daniel Winnik, posting two goals and 10 points over his first 13 games. Expect an update on his status shortly.
