The Wild acquired Ryan White, Martin Hanzal and a 2017 fourth round pick from the Coyotes for Grayson Downing, 2017 first round pick, 2018 second round pick and a conditional fourth round pick.
The Wild have had a revolving door on their fourth line all season, but White could fill out the spot permanently going forward. The rugged winger has seven goals and eight assists in 46 games with the Coyotes.
The Coyotes have placed Ryan White (lower-body) on injured reserve.
White has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury and they’ve moved him to IR to create a roster spot so they could claim Alex Burmistrov off of waivers from Arizona.
White (lower-body) will not play on Friday.
White has picked up five points (2G / 3A) and 60 penalty minutes in 30 games this season. He will come out of the lineup and is listed as day-to-day with a lower-body injury.
The Coyotes inked Ryan White to a one-year contract on Friday.
After spending two years with the Flyers, White moves on to the Coyotes where he will serve as a fourth liner. He had a career-high 11 goals and 101 PIMS last season but isn’t a fantasy relevant forward.

The Flyers have signed Ryan White to a one-year, two-way deal.
White, 26, had been with the Canadiens since they selected him in the third round (66th overall) in the 2006 draft. He played 52 games with the Habs last season, racking up just six points (2G / 4A). He has just five goals and 12 assists in 141 career NHL games, so do not expect him to have any fantasy impact with his new team.
