Dunn was the last of the Blues unsigned RFAs and gets a one-year contract for a very good number for a team tight up against the salary cap. Dunn's numbers dipped a bit in 2020 and he still has plenty of competition for playing time with Torey Krug coming over to replace Alex Pietrangelo. Still, he's scored 21 goals over the last two seasons and should continue to be a good source of goals with modest assist totals in 2021.

Dunn will play for the first time since taking a puck off of his face in Game 3 of the Western Conference Final. Dunn, who has two goals and five assists (seven points) in 16 playoff games, will replace Robert Bortuzzo on the Blues’ third pairing and will play on the second power-play unit.

Dunn has skated regularly this week and was a full participant on Wednesday but isn’t ready to return to the lineup for Game 2. The Blues depth defensemen had a tough time in Game 1 so they certainly could have used Dunn’s services in Game 2.

Dunn skated skated for the second straight day on Sunday but is not expected to play in Game 1 in Boston. Dunn has been out since Game 3 after being struck in the mouth by a Brenden Dillon shot. Blues head coach Craig Berube said there is a “good chance” that Dunn will be back at some point during the series. In the mean time, veteran defenseman Carl Gunnarsson will remain in the Blues lineup and has averaged 11:47 TOI/gm in the three games that he has replaced Dunn.

Dunn was originally believed to be a healthy scratch on Tuesday but the Blues confirmed that he is dealing with a lower-body injury. With Dunn out, Alex Pietrangelo and Connor Parayko will man the points on the Blues’ power-play units.

Dunn has been featured on the Blues top power-play to start the season, but is expected to sit tomorrow with Joel Edmundson set to make his season debut. With Dunn out, Alex Pietrangelo will take his spot on the top power-play unit.

Dunn went down to the AHL during the Blues’ bye week but returns to the Blues with one goal and one assist (two points) in two games with Chicago. The 21-year-old has recorded seven points (3G / 4A) in 39 games in St. Louis.

The Blues have the next six days off so they will allow Dunn to get some playing time in San Antonio. Dunn has not played in a 11 days, so this will allow him to get back up to speed during the bye week.

Dunn has missed the last four games with an illness, but will likely play Tuesday vs. the Panthers. Dunn has been pretty quiet on the Blues back-end this season, picking up just seven points (3G / 4A) in 39 games.

Dunn was already ruled out for the Blues road trip so they placed him on IR to open up a roster spot to bring Jake Walman up from Chicago (AHL) and on the road trip.

Dunn has missed the last two games and will miss at least two more games as he is sidelined with an illness. Monitor his status heading into next Tuesday’s home game vs. the Panthers.

Dunn will miss his second straight game with an illness but should be available for the Blues’ back-to-back on Saturday/Sunday.

Dunn was a healthy scratch for the last two games, but will replace Robert Bortuzzo in the lineup tonight. Dunn has two goals and four assists (six points) in 26 games this season.
