Monday at 5 p.m. ET is the deadline for teams to issue a qualifying offer to their restricted free agents. Those who aren’t qualified by their respective clubs become unrestricted free agents.

Among the players who aren’t going to be qualified this summer is Dylan Strome, the No. 3 overall pick from the 2015 NHL draft. The Chicago Blackhawks are opting to cut ties with the 24-year-old following a season in which he set a new career-high with 22 goals in 69 games.

Ryan Strome is an unrestricted free agent this summer and Matthew Strome wasn’t qualified by the Philadelphia Flyers, so all three Strome brothers will be on the open market.

The Toronto Maple Leafs also won’t be tendering Ondrej Kase a qualifying offer.

Kase was let go by the Boston Bruins last offseason and the Leafs brought him in on a one-year, show-me deal worth $1.25 million. Kase scored 14 goals and 27 points over 50 games for Toronto and is arbitration-eligible, which ultimately made him a luxury too rich for the cap-strapped Leafs.

Below is a list of all 32 NHL teams and the players they opted not to qualify. We will update this list as news comes in…
