Coach Pete Deboer said David Booth looks close to returning but not tonight.

Jack Johnson practicing with the team today.

Marcel Goc, Joel Ward and Wade Belak will not play tonight.

Andreas Thuresson recalled from Milwaukee.

Rod Pelley may return from injury tonight as the team activated him from IR today.

Niclas Bergfors will be a healthy scratch.

Penguins

Chris Conner and Nick Johnson re-assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.

Lightning

Lukas Krajicek placed on conditional waivers, similar to Petr Sykora earlier this week.

Maple Leafs

Mike Komisarek hopes to return Saturday.

Rickard Wallin, Jay Rosehill and Garnett Exelby in for Jeff Finger, Wayne Primeau and John Mitchell tonight.

Capitals

Jose Theodore will at least backup Michal Neuvirth tonight as the team re-assigned Braden Holtby back to Hershey.
