Blue Jackets
Fredrik Modin could be activated from the IR and play in tonight’s game.

Alex Picard cleared waivers.

Mike Commodore out tonight with a leg injury.


Red Wings
The Wings expect the majority of their wounded back within three weeks.  Meaning Johan Franzen, Niklas Kronwall, Tomas Holmstrom and Jason Williams.

Kings
Matt Greene not playing tonight, but practicing at full speed.  Davis Drewiske practicing with a red, no-contact sweater.

Wild
Petr Sykora and Robbie Earl placed on waivers.

Brent Burns practicing with the team.


Canadiens
Benoit Pouliot practiced with the team today.

Sergei Kostitsyn skated but did not practice with the team.


Predators
Andreas Thuresson reassigned to Milwaukee.

Islanders
No lineup changes.

Rangers
Ales Kotalik and Donald Brashear the healthy scratches for tonight’s game.

Senators
Spezza could return in a week.  Milan Michalek could return Thursday or Saturday.

Flyers
No lineup changes.

Penguins
Brent Johnson and Brooks Orpik likely to start tonight’s game.  Marc-Andre Fleury practicing with the team.

Lightning
Mike Smith still recovering in Tampa.
