Murray will start Sunday afternoon in Washington.

Murray allowed four goals on 30 shots in the Penguins 4-0 loss in Toronto on Thursday. With Tristan Jarry starting on Saturday, Murray gets set to face the Capitals for the second time this season. In his last four starts, Murray is 1-2-1 with a 2.48 GAA and .919 SV% and he stopped 29 of 32 shots in a 4-3 win in Washington on Super Bowl Sunday.

Holtby will start against the Penguins on Sunday.

Holtby surrendered four goals on 32 shots in the Capitals 4-3 overtime loss to the Canadiens on Thursday. With Ilya Samsonov starting on Saturday afternoon, Holtby will start Sunday vs. the Penguins. He's lost three in a row (0-2-1) while giving up nine goals on 90 shots (.900 SV%) while Pittsburgh comes in having gone 4-2-1 with 2.86 goals per game in their last seven.

Subban will start Sunday in Anaheim.

Subban allowed five goals on 24 shots in the Golden Knights victory over the Blues on February 13th. Marc-Andre Fleury started the last four games, including last night, so Subban will get his 19th start tonight in Anaheim. He’s 6-5-2 with a 2.76 GAA and .905 SV% on the road this year and gave up four goals on 18 shots in a loss in his first start vs. the Ducks.

Khudobin will start Sunday vs. the Blackhawks.

Khudobin allowed one goal on 10 shots after replacing Ben Bishop in the Stars loss to the Blues on Friday. Khudobin has played very well in February, going 3-0-1 with a 2.35 GAA and .923 SV% in five appearances (four starts). Today he'll look to stay hot vs. the Blackhawks, who he is 1-1-0 with a 1.45 GAA and .961 SV% against this season.


Winnipeg Jets at Buffalo Sabres

Hellebuyck will start Sunday in Buffalo.

Hellebuyck surrendered four goals on 30 shots in the Jets loss in Philadelphia yesterday. Despite the disappointing result, the Jets will stick with Hellebuyck this afternoon in Buffalo. The Sabres have won three in a row on home ice while scoring 4.00 goals per game and Hellebuyck comes in at 12-8-2 with a 2.80 GAA and .919 SV% on the road.

Johansson will start Sunday afternoon vs. the Jets.

Johansson allowed three goals on 28 shots in the Sabres loss to the Ducks on February 9th. Carter Hutton started the last five games, including yesterday, so Johansson will start today vs. the Jets. Johansson has gone 0-1-1 with a 2.78 GAA and .889 SV% in his first three career NHL games (two starts) and will face a Winnipeg team that is 6-3-0 with 3.67 goals per game in their last nine games.

Jones will get the nod on Sunday.

Jones allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Sharks loss in New Jersey on Thursday. With Aaron Dell going last night, Jones will start tonight against the Islanders. Jones has struggled for most of the season but has played well recently, stopping 62 of the last 64 shots (.969 SV%) that he's faced. Jones is 4-10-2 with a 3.19 GAA and .896 SV% on the road this year.

Varlamov led the Islanders onto the ice for warmups.

Varlamov allowed one goal on 22 shots in the Islanders win over the Red Wings on Friday. The win snapped a three-game losing skid for Varlamov, who will make his 35th start tonight vs. the Sharks. In his first start against the Sharks, Varlamov stopped 24 of 26 shots in a 2-1 overtime loss (Nov.23).


Calgary Flames at Detroit Red Wings

Rittich will start Sunday in Detroit.

Rittich was pulled after he allowed four goals on 15 shots in the Flames 8-4 loss to the Blackhawks on February 15th. Cam Talbot ended up starting the last two games but Rittich gets a chance to get back on track with a nice matchup in Detroit. He's lost his last two while giving up a combined eight goals but stopped 27 of 28 shots in a winning effort in his first start vs. the Red Wings.

Bernier led the Red Wings onto the ice for warmups.

Bernier allowed three goals on 39 shots in the Red Wings loss to the Islanders on Friday. Bernier has gone 1-4-0 with a 3.29 GAA and .895 SV% in his last six games (five starts) and draws a tough assignment tonight with the Flames in town. They may be just 4-3-0 in their last seven but Calgary has averaged 4.86 goals per game in that span.


St Louis Blues at Minnesota Wild

Binnington will start Sunday in Minnesota.

Binnington stopped all 14 shots that he faced in the Blues shutout win over the Coyotes on Thursday. Binnington has posted back-to-back shutouts but he's only had to stop 31 shots to do so. He'll look to make it three in a row tonight in Minnesota. In his first start vs. the Wild, Binnington stopped 35 of 36 shots in a 2-1 win (Oct.30).

Dubnyk starts Sunday vs. the Blues.

Dubnyk allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Wild's win in Vancouver on Wednesday. Alex Stalock has started four of the last five games but Dubnyk will get a chance tonight vs. the Blues. He's won two of his last three while posting a 2.62 GAA and .920 SV% and is 0-1-1 while allowing a combined six goals on 55 shots (.891 SV%) in two games vs. St. Louis this season.

Gibson led the Ducks onto the ice for warmups.

Gibson stopped 28 of 29 shots in the Ducks loss to the Avalanche on Friday. It was a great effort from Gibson, who has been solid recently, stopping 93 of the last 98 shots (.949 SV%) that he has faced. He’s gone 1-2-0 with a 4.04 GAA and .900 SV% in his first three starts against the Golden Knights this season.


Edmonton Oilers at Los Angeles Kings

Smith starts Sunday in Los Angeles.

Smith allowed two goals on 34 shots in the Oilers loss to the Bruins last Wednesday. Mikko Koskinen got the not vs. the Wild on Friday but they’ll come back to Smith for his 32nd start tonight in Los Angeles. He’s 9-6-2 with a 2.67 GAA and .913 SV% at home but has struggled against L.A., giving up eight goals on 44 shots (.818 SV%) in two games.

Petersen will start Sunday vs. the Oilers.

Petersen allowed five goals on 34 shots in the Kings loss in Winnipeg last Tuesday. Since coming up from the AHL, Petersen has lost two of his three starts and has posted a sub-optimal 5.02 GAA and .853 SV%. To make matter worse, tonight he will face an Oilers team that gets Connor McDavid back. Look elsewhere.
