The @Tampa Bay Lightning have acquired @New Jersey Devils F @Blake Coleman in a trade, according to multiple reports.

In return, the Devils will receive a first-round pick belonging to the @Vancouver Canucks and prospect @Nolan Foote as reported by TSN’s Darren Dreger.

Coleman, 28, has scored 21 goals and another 10 assists in 57 games this year and joins a Lightning club bound for a deep run into the playoffs.

Foote, meanwhile, is currently playing for the Western Hockey League’s Kelowna Rockets. The 19-year-old, 2019 1st round draft pick has played in 26 games for the Rockets scoring 15 goals and another 18 assists.

According to PuckPedia, Coleman has one-year left after this one on a contract that pays him $1.8-million.

Earlier in the day, the Devils traded D @Andy Greene to the New York Islanders.
