Granlund (lower-body) is expected to return to Anaheim's lineup vs. Washington on Friday.

Granlund has had trouble finding his groove with his new team, missing two multi-week stints due to injuries, but is set to return to the lineup on Friday against the Washington Capitals. Despite his lack of consistency in the lineup, the 33-year-old Granlund is off to a solid start with nine points (3G / 6A) in nine games.

Husso will start vs. Utah on Wednesday.

Injuries to Lukas Dostal (lower body) and Petr Mrazek (lower body) have allowed Husso the opportunity for NHL action, which he has seized so far. The 30-year-old Husso was excellent in Monday's 4-1 win over the St. Louis Blues, saving 21 of 22 shots (.955 SV%). Husso has shown glimpses of excellence in his 148-game NHL career, but has lacked consistency, ultimately leading to his demotion to the AHL over the past few seasons. The Ducks enter Wednesday's contest with even -105 odds against a Utah Mammoth team on a four-game losing skid.

Ville Husso
Brossoit has been activated from the injured non-roster and has been assigned to Rockford (AHL).

Brossoit underwent hip surgery in the offseason and is progressing towards returning to playing condition, beginning with a stint in the AHL with the Rockford IceHogs. The 32-year-old Brossoit has battled injuries in recent years, not playing since the 2023-24 season, but has been an effective netminder when healthy, posting a 2.64 GAA and .911 SV% in 140 career appearances (64-46-13).

Husso will start in St. Louis on Monday.

Lukas Dostal remains sidelined with an upper-body injury, so the Ducks will be forced to turn to Ville Husso between the pipes for the tail-end of their back-to-back on Monday. Husso secured the victory in his only other start of the season, stopping 23 of the 27 shots he faced in a 5-4 shootout win over the Kings on Friday. The Ducks enter action in St. Louis on Monday at +130 on the money line.

Ville Husso
Buteyets has been recalled from San Diego (AHL).

With injuries to the Ducks top two netminders, Lukas Dostal and Petr Mrazek, the Ducks have recalled Vyacheslav Buteyets from the San Diego Gulls (AHL). The 23-year-old goalie has a 3.72 GAA and .878 SV% in three games with San Diego. He will likely serve at the backup behind Ville Husso in Anaheim.

Vyacheslav Buteyets
Poehling (upper-body) will return vs. Los Angeles on Friday.

Poehling has not played since November 11th, recovering from an upper-body injury, but he will return to the lineup on Friday against the Los Angeles Kings. The 26-year-old has five points (1G / 5A) in 16 games this season. Jansen Harkins will serve as a healthy scratch to accommodate Poehlin's return.

Dostal will be out 2-3 weeks with an upper-body injury.

Dostal is battling an upper-body injury and will be sidelined for two to three weeks, leaving Petr Mrazek and Ville Husso to battle for time in the Ducks' crease. The 25-year-old Dostal has a serviceable 2.81 GAA and .904 SV% in 17 games this season (11-5-1).

Lukas Dostal
Husso will start vs. Los Angeles on Friday.

Petr Mrazek struggled replacing an injured Lukas Dostal (upper body) in Wednesday’s 5-4 loss to the Vancouver Canucks, and the Ducks will test their luck with Husso between the pipes on Friday against the Los Angeles Kings. The 30-year-old Husso is no stranger to the NHL, appearing in 145 games (71-46-19) with a 3.05 GAA and .901 SV%. That said, he has spent the entirety of the 2025-26 season in the AHL, where he has a 2.49 GAA and .908 SV% in 13 games (6-4-3) with the San Diego Gulls.
