Husso has managed a strong record of 9-5-2 on the season despite his own personal struggles. The 29-year-old netminder owns an .893 SV% and a 3.53 GAA across 18 appearances. It's hard to imagine a worse matchup for Husso to return to, as the Red Wings find themselves as +185 underdogs in Edmonton against Connor McDavid and the Oilers.

Mintyukov has been out of the lineup since January 9th, missing 10 games with a shoulder injury, but appears to be nearing a return. The rookie defender was enjoying an impressive first season in the NHL, registering 19 points (2G / 17A), 56 hits, and 43 blocks in 40 games.

The Ducks will turn to Dostal on Tuesday after John Gibson got the starting nod in each of the team's previous two games. Dostal relieved Gibson in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Oilers after the latter was forced to leave the game with a lower-body injury. He draws a a decent matchup on Tuesday with the Ducks having even odds to pick up the win in Montreal.

McTavish missed the Ducks' previous game due to an upper-body injury but will return on Tuesday vs. Montreal. The 21-year-old Sophmore is enjoying another breakout season on a less-than-stellar Ducks team, with 13 goals, 31 points, 97 SOG, 62 PIMs and a -17 plus/minus through 43 games before the injury. He will resume his top-six role in Anaheim's lineup.

McTavish will be out of the lineup on Friday against the Edmonton Oilers due to an upper-body injury. Before the All-Star break, McTavish had points in four of his last six games, collecting one goal, three assists, and 20 penalty minutes.

The fourth year pro is having a career year in his first season in Philadelphia with five goals, nine assists, 55 SOG, six PIMs and a -8 plus/minus through 44 games played.

Zellweger was the 34th overall pick of the Anaheim Ducks in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft and could make his NHL debut on Tuesday night. In 34 games with the San Diego Gulls of the AHL, Zellweger has 25 points (8G / 17A).

Dostal allowed five goals on 41 shots in the Ducks’ loss in Tampa last Saturday. John Gibson has started the last three games but Dostal will make his 18th appearance tonight vs. the Rangers. Dostal has played much better in Anaheim this season, posting a 2.99 GAA and .918 SV% in seven games, however it’s led to just two wins.
