The Red Wings received positive news on Monday as Robby Fabbri will make his return to the Red Wings lineup on Tuesday against the New York Rangers. Fabbri, who has dealt with injuries his entire career, was injured in the Red Wings' first game of the season but still managed to score one point (1G / 0A) in 14:44 time-on-ice. He will likely skate on the third line alongside Joe Veleno and Daniel Sprong.

Dostal, who was already seeing a fair share of action, alternating starts with John Gibson, should see a heavy workload moving forward as Gibson is out indefinitely with an undisclosed injury. In five games this season (4-1-0), Dostal has been impressive, posting a 2.79 GAA and .921 SV%. The Ducks, who are off to a surprising 5-4-0 start are +116 home underdogs against an Arizona Coyotes team coming off an 8-1 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Gibson and the Ducks will try to hold things together defensively as +211 road underdogs against a Pittsburgh Penguins team that is 3-5-0 this season.

The 23-year-old will look to keep things rolling on Saturday afternoon against a Flyers team that is 3-0-0 while outscoring their opponents 12-to-3.

Things won't get any easier for Gibson tonight with the Ducks being a +250 road underdog in Boston.

Dostal will get the nod on Tuesday after impressing in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Coyotes. Dostal stopped 25 of the 27 shots he faced in the losing effort, giving himself an impressive .919 SV% and 2.55 GAA in two starts so far this season. The Ducks will need another strong performance from Dostal tonight if they're going to pick up a road victory over a Blue Jackets team that comes in having won two straight.

Husso hasn't been spectacular, recording a 3.04 GAA and .901 SV% in four games (3-1-0), but has been much better in his last two contests with a 2.50 GAA and .929 SV%. He will look to continue his hot streak tonight as the Red Wings host a Seattle Kraken team that ranks third-worst in the league offensively, averaging only 1.83 goals scored per game.
