Mrazek allowed three goals on 22 shots in the Red Wings overtime loss to the Bruins on Wednesday. Mrazek has lost three of his last four while posting a 2.48 GAA and .915 SV%. This afternoon he will take on a Panthers team that has also lost three of four while being outscored 14-8.

It was another fine outing for Mrazek, who has won his last three starts while stopping 103 of 107 shots (.963 SV%). Mrazek has a good matchup tonight vs. a Bruins team who has lost four of five while averaging just 2.00 goals per game.

Strome was a late scratch from Thursday’s game because of an illness and his absence from practice this morning puts his status for Saturday in doubt. The Islanders play at 1 p.m, so expect an update on his status a few hours before game-time.
