Rask allowed two goals on 36 shots in a losing effort vs. the surging Islanders on Friday. He will be in the cage again tonight when the B’s take on Carolina. The Hurricanes couldn’t be struggling anymore than they are right now, so start Rask with confidence.
Patrice Bergeron (concussion) is with the team and is expected to participate in the morning skate. Bergeron will not play tonight.
He could potentially play on Monday vs. the Sens. Monitor his status heading into next week.

Johnson posted three goals and three assists in 14 games with the Lightning this season.
Patrice Bergeron will travel with #Bruins on their next trip. Probably out for the game in Carolina Saturday night though.

NHL protocol calls for concussed players to remain out of action for a minimum one week. One of Bergeron's long-time pals noted on Monday that the veteran pivot was encouraged by an examination he had on Friday with noted concussion expert Dr. Robert Cantu.
