Philipp Kurashev will draw back into Chicago's lineup, replacing Reicehl, who will be scratched after missing a team meeting. The 22-year-old Reichel is averaging 11:59 time-on-ice and has 21 points (7G / 14A) in 66 games this season.

Swayman will start in Montreal on Thursday.

The Bruins are 1-8-1 in their last 10 games and have fallen to last place in the Eastern Conference. They will turn to Swayman between the pipes on Thursday against a Montreal Canadiens team hungry to remain in a Wild Card spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race. The 26-year-old Swayman has an abysmal 4.95 GAA and .840 SV% in his last six games (0-6-0). The Bruins enter Thursday's contest as +177 road underdogs against a Canadiens team coming off an impressive come-from-behind overtime win over the Florida Panthers.

Boston has signed Dans Locmelis to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Locmelis was a fourth-round pick, 119th overall, of the Bruins in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old has spent the past two season playing collegiate hockey with UMass-Amherest (H-East) and scored 33 points (8G / 25A) in 40 games in 2024-25.

The Bruins are amid an eight-game losing skid and will hope for a better result on Tuesday, with Swayman tending the twine against the Washington Capitals. The 26-year-old Swayman was serviceable in his most recent outing but did not receive ample goal support, saving 20 of 22 shots (.909 SV%) in a 2-1 loss to the Detroit Red Wings. He has a 3.10 GAA and .893 SV% in 52 games this season (20-26-6). The Bruins enter Tuesday's contest as +182 home underdogs against a Capitals team coming off a disappointing 8-5 loss to the Buffalo Sabres.

The 29-year-old Zadorov is averaging 20:33 time-on-ice, recording 17 points (4G / 13A), a +14 plus/minus, 96 blocks, 183 hits, and 135 penalty minutes in 72 games this season.
