Boston announced Tuesday that their star defenseman Charlie McAvoy would be out week-to-week after he had a procedure to clear out an infection amidst the Four Nations Tournament. The Bruins' team physician made a statement on Wednesday indicating that McAvoy remains in the hospital, being treated with IV antibiotics, but his condition is improving.
