The Senators have recalled Jacob Bernard-Docker from Belleville (AHL).

Bernard-Docker has been pretty quiet at the AHL level this season, scoring two goals with one assist in 18 games with Belleville. The 2018 first-round pick (No.26 overall) will replace Lassi Thomson on the Senators blueline and returns to the NHL having picked up one assist in seven career games so far.

The Sabres have recalled Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen from Rochester (AHL).

Malcolm Subban was hurt in his Sabres debut on Saturday, so Luukkonen gets recalled and could be in line for his first start of the season on Tuesday. The 22-year-old netminder has gone 6-6-0 with a 3.42 GAA and .888 SV% in 12 AHL games this season.

Tuch (shoulder) returned to the ice on Monday but is still at least a few weeks away from his Sabres debut.

Tuch underwent shoulder surgery in June and his original timetable was six months. That would have him back after the Christmas break, which is a few weeks away. Tuch appears to be on schedule for a late-December or early-January debut.

The Capitals have recalled Beck Malenstyn from Hershey (AHL).

The Capitals sent Axel Jonsson Fjällby to the AHL yesterday to preserve his waiver exempt status, so Malenstyn and Michael Sgarbossa come up to help replace T.J. Oshie and Conor Sheary. Malenstyn has scored one goal with two assists in 15 games this season.
