Reimer stopped the only two shots that he faced after replacing Michael Hutchinson in last night’s loss in New York. Reimer has struggled this season, posting a 3.91 GAA and .870 SV% in his first five appearances. Tonight he will try and record his first win of the season against an Islanders team that is 22nd in the NHL in scoring (2.86 GF/PG).
Tuch has missed the first eight games of the season with a lower-body injury, but is expected to play vs. the Canucks on Wednesday. Tuch will skate on the second line with Erik Haula and Max Pacioretty. The 22-year-old will look to build off of a 37-point (15G / 22A) rookie campaign, where he also added 10 points (6G / 4A) in 20 playoff games.
Bishop allowed two goals on 35 shots in the Stars loss to the Wild last Friday. After starting the season 2-0-0, Bishop has since lost three straight while allowing a combined 11 goals on 87 shots (.874 SV%). Tonight he faces a Kings team that has lost four games in a row while being outscored 21-to-5.
Thompson has not recorded a point while averaging 11:44 TOI/GM in his first seven games as a Sabre. Johan Larsson will draw in and take Thompson’s spot in the bottom-6.
Tuch has not played this season but is nearing his season debut and is coming off of a season in which he scored 15 goals and 22 assists in 78 games. Tuch also added 10 points (6G / 4A) in 20 playoff games during the Golden Knights run to the finals. Tuch joins Jonathan Marchessault, Reilly Smith, Brayden McNabb, Shea Theodore and Colin Miller as players under 30-years-old on long-term contracts.
Bishop gave up three goals on 23 shots in the Stars loss in Ottawa on Monday. Anton Khudobin started on Tuesday, so they’ll come back to Bishop tonight vs. the Wild. Bishop is 2-1-0 with a 2.34 GAA, .924 SV% and one shutout in his first three starts in Dallas this season and the Wild are 26th in the NHL in scoring (2.33 GF/PG) so far.

Bishop allowed six goals on 29 shots in the Stars loss to the Maple Leafs last Tuesday. The Stars gave Bishop the night off on Saturday, so he comes into Monday’s start well rested. Prior to the loss to Toronto, Bishop had stopped 52 of 53 shots to start the season and is a great option tonight vs. the Senators.

It was a tough start to the season for Reimer, who is standing in as the Panthers’ No.1 netminder while Roberto Luongo is out. Tonight he will take on a Canucks team that has started 2-2-0 while averaging 4.00 goals per game.

Bishop allowed one goal on 33 shots in the Stars win over the Jets on Saturday. Bishop is off to an excellent start to the season, going 2-0-0 while allowing just one goal on 63 shots (.984 SV%) in his first two starts. Despite a great start, Bishop runs into a brutal matchup tonight with the Maple Leafs in town—they’re averaging 4.33 goals for per game so far.
Bishop stopped all 30 shots that he faced in the Stars shutout win over the Coyotes on Thursday. You can’t ask for a better start to the season, but he draws a much more difficult task tonight with the Jets in town. Bishop was 0-2-0 with a 3.13 GAA and .867 SV% vs. Winnipeg last year.
During his first season in Dallas, Bishop went 26-17-5 with a 2.49 GAA, .916 SV% and five shutouts in 53 games. Bishop finished with a positive goals saved above average (6.12) and should be in line for 30-plus wins for the fourth time in his career. He makes for a strong start at home against a Coyotes team that he was 2-0 against last year.
Tuch left the Golden Knights’ preseason finale with an undisclosed injury, that the Golden Knights revealed was a lower-body injury on Wednesday. Tuch is expected to miss at least a couple of weeks, which opens the door for Oscar Lindberg to enter the lineup on Thursday.
McLeod was selected in the second-round (No.40) of this summer’s draft and enjoyed a strong training camp. The Oilers have plenty of depth down the middle, so McLeod returns to the Steelheads, where he had 70 points (26G / 44A) in 68 games last year.
Dahlin was the first overall pick at this year’s draft and will be on the Sabres’ blueline this year. Dahlin is one of the biggest defensive prospects the NHL has seen in recent years and he immediately improves Buffalo’s back-end. The 18-year-old had seven goals and 13 assists (20 points) in 41 games with Frolunda HC last season and has the ability to be a double-digit goal-scorer with 20-plus assists in his rookie season.
