Paul Stastny did not practice with the team today, but skated on his own beforehand. I’d say that makes it seem doubtful he’ll return Tuesday, but we’ll see what tomorrow brings.

CALGARY — The Avalanche is practicing right now at the Scotiabank Saddledome and defenseman Ryan Wilson and center Paul Stastny aren’t participating. Stastny skated with the team before Tuesday’s 6-0 loss at Vancouver but missed his first game of the season with the torso injury he sustained in Sunday’s 4-2 win over Detroit.
