Smith has appeared in all 44 games this season but will miss his firsts game on Tuesday. Will Butcher will draw into the lineup to replace him, including on the top power-play unit.

Hall was acquired from the Sabres on Sunday night and is expected to make his Bruins debut on Tuesday. Hall skated on the second line with David Krejci and Craig Smith and PP2 in Tuesday's morning skate.

Hall bet on himself with a one-year deal in Buffalo and it could not have gone worse. Hall registered just two goals with 17 assists (19 points) in 37 games. That doesn't paint the entire picture though, Hall has shot just 2.3 percent with a career-low 6.7 on-ice SH%, so there's certainly reason to expect him to post bigger numbers in Boston. Hall will almost certainly play on the second line with David Krejci.

Reilly is a solid bottom-4 defenseman that can provide some offensive punch, particularly on the power-play. With Charlie McAvoy and Matt Grzelcyk dealing with injuries, the Bruins were looking for some veteran insurance. The 27-year-old blueliner is still looking for his first goal of the season but has collected 19 assists in 40 games.

With the trade deadline less than a week away, the Sabres will keep Hall out of the lineup on Tuesday for precautionary reasons. With Hall out, look for C.J. Smith to draw into the Sabres lineup.

Gostisbehere has been a healthy scratch for the last three games but will replace Nate Prosser in the lineup on Monday. Gostisbehere has put up solid offensive numbers this season, with five goals and three assists in 20 games, but the Flyers are looking for more consistency on the defensive end.

Dzingel suffers a lower-body injury on Wednesday and missed Thursday's practice. Despite being held off of the ice yesterday, head coach DJ Smith said that Dzingel may play tonight in Edmonton.

Reilly will come out of the Senators lineup on Thursday with Brayden Coburn replacing him. Reilly is considered day-to-day, so consider him questionable for Sunday's rematch in Calgary.

Dzingel had two goals and two assists in 11 games with the Hurricanes before being traded to Ottawa on February 13th. Dzingel, who had 126 points (62G / 64A) in 247 games with the Senators to start his career, will play on the fourth line to start.

Jankowski has missed the last two games with an upper-body injury but could return to the lineup tonight vs. the Flyers. Jankowski has struggled offensively in his first year with the Penguins, scoring one goal with two assists in 18 games.

Jankowski will miss his third straight game with an upper-body injury. Jankowski and Sidney Crosby (COVID-19) will not be available, so the Penguins centre depth will be tested vs. the Flyers.
