According to head coach Jared Bednar, Kadri got "dinged up" in Montreal and will be a game-time decision on Saturday. Monitor his status as the Avalanche hit the ice for warmups at 6:30 PM ET.

The Bruins were finally given the green light to call-up players from Providence after a COVID-19 breakout. Ahcan has picked up two goals with eight assists (10 points) in 19 AHL games this season.


Kulak has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury but will return to the lineup on Thursday. Kulak will replace Mattias Norlinder in the lineup.

Francouz missed all of October and November with an ankle injury, so he will go to the AHL for conditioning. The Avalanche said that they will carry three goalies once Francouz is healthy. The oft-injured netminder has gone 21-9-4 with a 2.40 GAA and .923 SVS% in 36 career NHL games.



MacKinnon has missed the last eight games with a lower-body injury but was a full participant in Monday's practice and it appears as if he will be ready for Wednesday's game in Toronto. MacKinnon was unsurprisingly back on the top line and top power-play unit on Monday.





The Islanders are already in the middle of a COVID-19 outbreak and now they will be without their leading scorer for at least two weeks. Anatoly Golyshev has been recalled to help reaplce Nelson up front.




Barre-Boulet has been a healthy scratch most of the time since returning from Seattle (via waivers), so he'll go to the AHL to get some playing time.
