Makar will miss his third straight game with an upper-body and remains day-to-day. The Avalanche did say that it's possible that Makar will be back for Monday's game in St. Louis, so monitor his status over the weekend.

Makar, who missed the first game of his pro career on Monday, skated on his own in a non-contact jersey on Tuesday. Makar has been "feeling better the last couple days" according to head coach Jared Bednar but the rookie defenseman is not expected to play vs. the Flyers.
Phillips was a sixth-round pick (No.166 overall) in 2016 and could make his NHL debut on Tuesday. The 21-year-old leads Stockton with 25 points (9G / 16A) in 22 games this season. Matthew Tkachuk was banged up last night and Phillips could end replacing him if he can't play on Tuesday.
Necas has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury but will draw back into the lineup in Edmonton. Necas, who has 16 points (6G / 10A) in 26 games this season, will skate on the third line with Ryan Dzingel and Lucas Wallmark.

He's a terrible option in Dallas, where the Stars have won nine of their last 10 (9-1-0) while scoring 3.80 goals per game.
Tynan had one assist in 14 games while averaging 8:44 TOI/gm during his time with the Avalanche. He returns to the AHL, where he has 12 points (2G / 10A) in 10 games.
Makar was forced to leave Saturday's game in Boston after taking a hard hit from Brad Marchand. Makar was not on the ice for Monday's morning skate and will not play vs. the Flames. Head coach Jared Bednar called him "day-to-day" but said there's a chance that he will play this week. With Makar out, Samuel Girard will be on Colorado's top power-play unit.

It was another strong outing for Francouz, who has won three straight while stopping 88 of the 92 shots (.957 SV%) that he has faced. Tonight he faces a Flames team on a six-game point streak, going 5-0-1 while scoring 3.17 goals per game.
Kamenev missed the last two games with an illness but will replace Matt Calvert, who was granted a personal leave of absence, on Saturday night. Kamenev has just one goal and three assists in 15 games this season.
Hudon played in nine of the Habs' last 11 games but heads back to Laval, where he has 11 points (9G / 2A) in 17 games this season. With Montreal off until Tuesday, Hudon could be back up before their next game.

Tonight he takes on a Blackhawks team that played last night and come in having lost six of their last eight (2-5-1) while scoring 2.13 goals per game.
O'Connor played in seven straight games, posting one goal on eight shots (12.5 SH%) with a plus-3 rating and two PIMS. HIs return to the AHL bodes well for Gabriel Landeskog, who is a game-time decision for Thursday's game.
Landeskog has been sidelined by a lower-body injury since October 26th but all signs are pointing towards him playing Thursday in Montreal. Landeskog, who had three goals and four assists in 11 games before getting hurt, will likely be back on the top-line with Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen.
Kamenev is day-to-day with an illness, which also makes him questionable to play Thursday in Montreal. Matt Calvert will return to the lineup on Wednesday and replace Kamenev.
The Avalanche announced that they expect Langeskog to return during their three-game road-trip but it won't be Wednesday. Landeskog was on the ice for the morning skate, so it's entirely possible he will play in the second-half of the back-to-back in Montreal.
