Seguin resumed skating on Saturday, which is quite a feat considering how serious his knee injury was believed to be. He is reportedly way ahead of schedule, which is excellent news for the Stars.

The original timetable the Stars put on Seguin was 2-4, but now it sounds like he could be out until mid-to-late March. The Stars had just pulled within striking distance of the playoffs, but this one hurts.

Seguin will miss at least 14 days with a knee injury after last night's hit from Dmitry Kulikov. Kulikov will have a hearing and is likely to be suspended for at least five games, but that will be much less than Seguin misses. If he misses two weeks he will miss the Stars next seven games.

Seguin was sent back to the team hotel this morning and did not take part in the Stars morning skate. He is battling the flu and could miss tonight’s game. However, given it is in Boston against his former team, Seguin will likely do anything he can to be in the lineup tonight. Seguin has two assists in three career games vs. Boston.

Myers was injured on Thursday night after blocking a shot in Edmonton. Despite the minor injury, he will be available tonight in Vancouver. He has one goal and one assist in his last two games.

Petrovic was recalled on Wednesday and will be in the lineup tonight. He will replace Dylan Olsen and likely be paired with Erik Gudbranson. Petrovic leads all San Antonio (AHL) blue liners with 19 points (3G / 16A) this season.
