Jake Oettinger is expected to start Game 3 in Minnesota.

Oettinger stopped 23 of 26 shots (.885 SV%) to even the Wilds' opening series at one a piece with a 7-3 victory over Minnesota last game. The 24-year-old has been great in both starts so far in the playoffs, pitching a 1-1-0 record, 2.37 GAA and .919 SV%. He will hope for another big victory against Minnesota Friday, who finished sixth best in the NHL in goals against per game (2.67).

Oettinger stopped 45 of 48 shots (.938 SV%) in Game 1 for a tough overtime loss as he was downed by Minnesota on Monday. He will take on the St. Louis Blues, who have lost their last two games and are only 27th in the NHL in goals per game (28.6).

He will take on the Detroit Red Wings, who have lost two-straight and are 21st in the NHL in goals per game (2.97).

Roope Hintz will be a game-time decision Thursday after missing the Stars' morning skate (undisclosed).

Hintz skated yesterday but was not present at Thursday morning's practice and is considered a game-time decision as he deals with an undisclosed injury. The 26-year-old has 35 goals, 35 assists, 176 SOG, 30 PIMs and a +29 plus/minus through 69 games this season.

He takes on the Philadelphia Flyers, who have lost four straight games and are 29th in the NHL in goals (2.69).

Bastian (upper-body) is expected to be back in the Devils lineup on Tuesday.

Bastian has missed the Devils' previous 11 games due to an upper-body injury but is expected to draw back into New Jersey's lineup Tuesday vs. Pittsburgh. The 25-year-old has six goals, six assists, 59 SOG, 31 PIMs and a +6 plus/minus through 39 games before his injury.

Harley had 10 goals, 34 points, 24 PIMs and a +19 plus/minus through 66 games with the Texas Stars (AHL) and will make his 2022-23 NHL season debut with Dallas Monday vs. Nashville. The 21-year-old has a goal, three assists, and a -4 plus/minus through 34 games played previously in the NHL.

Sam Steel will draw back into the Wilds' lineup Monday vs. Vegas.

Steel was a healthy scratch for the Wilds' previous game but will find his way back into the lineup after it was announced Monday that Mason Shaw (lower-body) would be missing the remainder of the season. The 25-year-old Steel has nine goals, 17 assists, 79 SOG, 16 PIMs and a +10 plus/minus through 60 games played this season.
