Seguin's left Thursday's game after his left leg got sliced by Jordan Greenway's skate. Seguin was on crutches post-game and likely will not be available for Saturday's game and could miss a few games beyond that.

Lundkvist has six goals, ten assists, 92 SOG, 26 PIMs and a -6 plus/minus through 57 games with Dallas this season but will be a healthy scratch Thursday. The 22-year-old was a 1st round pick (28th overall) in 2018.

Oettinger allowed five goals on 37 shots (.865 SV%) to snap a two-game winning streak as he lost to Calgary in his previous start. The 24-year-old will reach a career-high in GP in a season when he takes the crease Thursday and is having his best season to date with his 26-9-10 record, 2.36 GAA and .922 SV%. He will take on the Buffalo Sabres, who have lost four of their last five games after a 3-2 defeat to the New York Islanders last game.

Steel has eight goals, 15 assists, 72 SOG, 14 PIMs and a +8 plus/minus through 54 games this season but will be a healthy scratch Tuesday vs. Calgary. The 25-year-old centre will be replaced by the newly acquired Oskar Sundkvist.

Oettinger stopped 32 of 35 shots (.914 SV%) for his third victory in four games as he beat Colorado easily in his previous start. The 24-year-old has been sensational all season, with his 26-8-10 record, 2.31 GAA and .922 SV%. he will face the plummetting Calgary Flames, who have lost their last five contests after a 3-0 defeat to Minnesota last game.




Erne had five assists, four PIMs and a -1 plus/minus through nine games with the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL) but has been recalled by Detroit Thursday and is expected to rejoin the lineup right away. Prior to his previous demotion, the 27-year-old had six goals, eight assists, and 38 SOG through 43 games played.


Oettinger allowed five goals on 21 shots (.762 SV%) for his fourth loss in five games as he was defeated by Vancouver in his previous start. The 24-year-old has been exceptional this season, with his 24-8-10 record, 2.30 GAA and .923 SV%. He will face the Arizona Coyotes, who beat Chicago 4-1 in their last game but are last in the NHL in shots per game (25.8).

Oettinger stopped 41 of 43 shots (.953 SV%) for his first win in four starts as he beat the Vegas Golden Knights his last time out. The 24-year-old is top five in almost all major goaltending categories with his 14-8-9 record, 2.23 GAA and .926 SV%. He will face the Vancouver Canucks, who have lost five of their last seven games after a 3-1 loss to Boston last game.



Oettinger stopped 31 of 32 shots (.969 SV%) for his second-straight overtime loss as he was defeated by Minnesota in his previous start. The 24-year-old is top-five in the NHL in both GAA (2.20), and SV% (.926%) and has an impressive 23-7-9 record. He takes on the Chicago Blackhawks, who have surprisingly won three-straight games after a 3-2 shutout win over Vegas last game.



Oettinger allowed three goals on 37 shots (.919 SV%) for his first loss in three games as he was defeated by Boston in his previous start. The 24-year-old finds himself in the Vezina Trophy race due to his impressive 23-7-8 record, .925 SV% and 2.23 GAA. He takes on his hometown Minnesota Wild, who have lost five of their last six games after a 3-2 defeat to Colorado their last time out.
