Chiasson was called-up yesterday as a precaution, but did not end up playing.

Tarasenko was skating on a line with Jaden Schwartz and Vladamir Sobotka today at practice. It appears as if he will return to the lineup tonight after missing the Blues last 10 games with a concussion. Check back for confirmation.
Hitch said McDonald & Tarasenko will be evaluated in the morning to see where they are, leaving the door open for possible return Saturday.
Tarasenko has been out for the last 10 games with a concussion. Concussion's are touchy so it his hard to put a timetable on his return. There is a chance that he could play tomorrow but consider him questionable at best.

Tarasenko has been out since February 20th there is still no timetable for his return. The rookie was off to a strong start with 12 points in 17 games.
Vlad Tarasenko brought a bucket of pucks to the ice surface just to get feel for puck. No skating, just throwing some pucks at the goal.
This is the first time Tarasenko has skated since he suffered a concussion on February 20. Concussions are tricky so there is no timetable for his return but it is positive news that he was at the rink.

Tarasenko was hit hard on Wednesday and suffered a concussion. He has been placed on IR and like all concussions they are very unpredictable. It appears Tarasenko is going to miss at least a week but monitor his status in the next couple of days.

Mrazek starting in goal tomorrow.
Howard needed the break and Mrazek is a good play vs. the Wild at home as they haven't been finding the net as much as expected prior to the season.

Mrazek will start tonight for the Red Wings.
This will mark Mrazek's NHL debut. He is 16-7-1 with a 2.26 GAA and .916 SV%, so if he can translate those numbers into the NHL he could prove to be a great backup to Jimmy Howard. However Howard is a workhorse so his backup will likely not see much action. And when Jonas Gustavsson returns from injury Mrazek will likely return to the AHL.

#RedWings have called up G Petr Mrazek and F Tomas Tatar from Grand Rapids.
Mrazek appears to be the Red Wings back-up for the time-being. Hoaward has started every game this year and will likely see some time off shortly. It could be Mrazek who gets the start but regardless he isn't fantasy relevant.
It's obviously only two games, but Tarasenko is currently tied with Hossa and Vanek for most points in the NHL (5).
The rookie Tarasenko has been the talk of the town in St. Louis. He scored two spectacular goals in the season opener and then added a goal and 2 assists last night. The kid is on fire and if he is somehow still available in your league, jump all over that and ride this streak.

Lines are 24-28-15
Craig Smith practiced on the third line and might get back into the lineup. The Red Wings play a offensively-charged game which would make Smith the better fit on a checking line.
Jeff Petry is skating with the Oilers this morning after sitting out the two games in California.
Petry skating is certainly a good sign. He scored two goals and 24 points in 71 games with the Oilers.

Patrick Kane (wrist) is here at practice and so is Jonathan Toews. #Blackhawks
Kane took part in today's line rushes so don't expect him to miss any playing time. He's scored 23 goals and 65 points in 80 games this season.
