Smith had two great starts in a row vs. the Stars and the Kings, he only allowed three goals on 54 shots (.944 SV%). He will go again tonight against the Blues who will get Alex Steen back tonight. Smith has been good lately so you should be able to start him and get good numbers at the very least.

He is a workhorse and that is what you want as a fantasy owner, he has a tough matchup tonight vs. a strong defensive Wild team.
Skinner hasn't played since February 14 when he suffered a concussion. He will be back in the lineup tonight when Carolina takes on Pittsburgh. Skinner will be back on a line with Jordan Staal who is making his return to Pittsburgh tonight. Skinner had seven goals and seven assists in 13 games before getting injured.

He has been great lately posting a 1.55 GAA and .948 SV% in his last five starts. He has a great matchup today vs. an Oilers team struggling to score.
Skinner suffered a concussion on February 14th vs. Toronto and is out indefinitely. He has a history of concussion problems and this injury wil l likely be dealt with very carefully. He skated with a non-contact jersey today at practice, however the practice was only seven minutes long. There is no timetable for Skinner's return so monitor his status after the weekend

He has another good matchup tonight when Phoenix takes on Calgary. Danny Taylor gets his first NHL start tonight for the Flames so Phoenix has the upper-hand in terms of goalies.
Skinner is having a good season with 14 points in 13 games. He won't play tomorrow vs. the Habs, consider him day-to-day and monitor his status before Thursday when Carolina takes on Winnipeg.

J.S Giguere has left the Avs for personal reasons but is expected to rejoin the team in the next couple of days. Pickard likely will not see any game action and will serve as Varlamov's backup.
