Tomkins is in the starter's crease at the Lightning's morning skate.

Tampa Bay has won three of their last four and will likely turn to Tomkins in the crease for the second time in the last four contests. Tomkins was unspectacular last week, allowing four goals on 30 shots (.867 SV%), but salvaged a 7-4 victory over the Montreal Canadiens. Tampa Bay enters action on Thursday as a -183 home favourite against the Ottawa Senators.

Matt Tomkins
Ingram will start Wednesday's game in Vancouver.

After a 5-0 loss to the Seattle Kraken last night with Karel Vejmelka between the pipes, the Coyotes will turn to Ingram on Wednesday against the Vancouver Canucks. Ingram has allowed two goals in his last two starts (1-1-0), including saving 25 of 27 (.926 SV%) in his most recent outing, a 5-2 victory over the San Jose Sharks. The Coyotes enter action as +231 road underdogs.

Connor Ingram
McDavid (lower-body) will not play against the Golden Knights on Wednesday.

McDavid skated on Wednesday after being absent from practice on Tuesday, but will be unavailable for tonight's game against the Golden Knights. McDavid has likely fallen out of contention for the Art Ross Trophy, nine points behind the scoring leader Nikita Kucherov, but is amid another terrific season with 130 points (31G / 99A) in 74 games.

McDavid (lower body) skated on his own on Wednesday and is considered a game-time decision vs. Vegas.

Roslovic will draw back into the Rangers' lineup on Tuesday vs. the Islanders.

Roslovic will return to New York's lineup after one game and has stated he is "a little more motivated" as he replaces Matt Rempe on Tuesday. The 27-year-old was acquired at the trade deadline and has settled in decently with his two goals, seven points, 22 SOG, and two PIMs in 15 games since being dealt.

Jack Roslovic
Murphy (groin) will remain out on Wednesday but is expected to return on Friday vs. Nashville.

Murphy has been out of the lineup since mid-January but is targeting a return on Friday against the Nashville Predators. Murphy played the first 43 games for the Blackhawks this season, scoring eight points (2G / 6A), tallying 93 hits, and 105 blocks.

Tomkins will start in Montreal on Thursday.

With Jonas Johansson sidelined due to a lower-body injury and the Lightning playing their second game in as many nights, it will be Matt Tomkins who gets the nod in Montreal on Thursday. Tomkins has made three appearances with the Lightning this season, with the most recent being a 5-3 victory on November 7th, which coincidentally was also against the Canadiens in Montreal. It is the only victory of the 29-year-old's career to date, so he will be hoping for a repeat performance on Thursday. The Lightning enter the game as -160 favourites over the Habs.

Matt Tomkins
Jarry (illness) will return and back up on Thursday in Washington.

Jarry will serve as the backup on Thursday to Alex Nedeljkovic, who has performed admirably lately and will start for the third time in the last four days. With the Penguins in a heated race for the final playoff position in the Eastern Conference, they will likely continue to roll with Nedeljkovic as long as he regularly continues giving them a chance to win.
