Stastney was a fifth-round pick (No.131 overall) in 2018 and signs his entry-level contract after finishing his fourth-year at the University of Notre Dame. The 22-year-old defenseman scored seven goals with 20 assists (27 points) in 39 games this past season.

Brown was acquired from the Senators at the trade deadline and is set to make his Bruins debut on Thursday. Brown, who had six assists, 106 hits and 57 blocked shots in 46 games with Ottawa, will replace Connor Clifton in the lineup.





Nugent-Hopkins will play for the first time since February 26th. He will centre a new-look third line with Jesse Puljujarvi and newcomer Derick Brassard on his wings. Prior to getting hurt, Nugent-Hopkins had 37 points (7G / 30A) in 45 games.


Walman was acquired as a part of the Nick Leddy trade on Monday and will immediately draw into the Red Wings lineup vs. the Flyers. Walman had three goals and three assists (six points) in 32 games this season.


Nugent-Hopkins will miss his 12th straight game on Tuesday but is set to play Thursday when the Oilers return to home-ice. It will be interesting to see how the Oilers deploy Nugent-Hopkins since the top-6 has heated up in his absence.
