Smith will start Thursday in Florida.

Smith gave up three goals on 24 shots after replacing David Rittich in the Flames 5-2 loss to the Sharks last Thursday. It has been a rough season for Smith, who has gone 3-3-0 with a 3.48 GAA and .889 SV% in his last six outings. Tonight’s matchup pins him up against a Panthers team averaging 3.02 GF/pg but with James Reimer in the other net, he has a chance to record a ‘W’.

Delia will start Tuesday in Boston.

Delia allowed three goals on 43 shots in the Blackhawks win over the Canucks last Thursday. Delia has won three straight even though he’s allowed a combined 11 goals on 113 shots (.903 SV%). In his young career, Delia is 3-1-1 with a 2.43 GAA and .934 SV% on the road.

The Blackhawks have signed Collin Delia to a three-year extension worth $3.0 million ($1.0M AAV).

With Corey Crawford continuing to deal with concussion issues, Delia has been thrust into the NHL after just 45 career AHL starts. The 24-year-old has performed extremely well for the Blackhawks so far, going 6-2-3 with a 2.98 GAA and .923 SV%. Delia has the look of a potential starting goalie and a three-year contract with a $1.0M AAV cap-hit is a very team-friendly deal.

Delia will start Thursday vs. the Canucks.

Delia allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Blackhawks win in Minnesota on Saturday. After a six-game losing streak, Delia has won two in a row while giving up eight goals on 70 shots (.886 SV%). The Blackhawks suddenly hot offence and scorching power-play is making Delia’s job a little easier. The 24-year-old is 2-1-2 with a 3.59 GAA and .910 SV% on home-ice this year.

Pickard will start Tuesday in Nashville.

Pickard stopped 22 of 24 shots in the Coyotes loss in Montreal on January 23rd. With Darcy Kuemper starting and getting hurt last night, Pickard will start the second-game of their back-to-back tonight in Nashville. He draws a tough assignment in Nashville—the Predators have won three of their last four and are 16-10-0 on home-ice.

Delia will start Saturday in Minnesota.

Delia allowed five goals on 39 shots in the Blackhawks win over the Capitals on January 20th. The win snapped a six-game losing skid for Delia, who has gone 4-2-3 with a 3.00 GAA and .923 SV% since joining the Blackhawks in late-December. Tonight it looks like he will face a Wild team that went 8-5-0 while averaging 2.46 GF/pg in January.

The Bruins have recalled Trent Frederic from Providence (AHL).

Frederic was a first-round pick of the Bruins back in 2016 (No. 29 overall) and could make his NHL debut on Tuesday. The 20-year-old centre has collected 10 goals and seven assists in 37 games this season, in what is his first full AHL season. Frederic is expected to replace Jakob Forsbacka Karlsson in the Bruins bottom-6.

Pickard will make his Coyotes debut on Wednesday.

Pickard will make his first start in a Coyotes uniform and will play behind a tired and injury riddled team on the tail-end of a back-to-back. Pickard had a tough time in Philadelphia this season, going 4-2-2 with a 4.01 GAA and .863 SV%. In an extended fantasy week, you could probably leave Pickard on the waiver wire in the final night before the All-Star break.
