Bobrovsky is projected to start Thursday vs. the Wild.

Bobrovsky allowed five goals on 32 shots in the Blue Jackets win in Detroit on Monday. It wasn’t the prettiest performance but it was enough to earn Bobrovsky his ninth win of the season. He has now won three of his last four and is 4-4-0 with a 2.46 GAA and .919 SV% on home-ice this season.

Bobrovsky made 32 saves on 34 shots in the Blue Jackets win over the Maple Leafs on Friday. Bobrovsky has won five of his last six starts while posting a 1.51 GAA and .950 SV%. The 30-year-old netminder has put a poor start way behind him and is back in must-start territory. He stopped 23 of 24 shots after replacing Joonas Korpisalo in their last meeting with the Red Wings.

Bobrovsky allowed one goal on 31 shots in the Blue Jackets win in Carolina on Saturday. Bobrovsky showed no ill effects after missing Thursday’s game, winning for the fourth consecutive time—stopping 116 of 120 shots (.967 SV%) in the process. Bob is playing much better, but has a terrible matchup tonight in Toronto.

Schmidt has served his 20 game suspension and is eligible to play in Edmonton on Sunday.

The Golden Knights struggled without Schmidt, going 8-11-1 during his 20-game suspension. The 27-year-old is coming off of a career-year, having scored five goals with 31 assists (36 points) in 76 games. He will likely replace Jon Merrill and play huge minutes on the Vegas top pair on Sunday.
